Obligé de demander à changer de chambre, télévision à moitié arrachée, confort très moyen. Le personnel est pourtant agréable et a fait le nécessaire. Un hôtel qui mériterait un rafraîchissement ! Pas d'un bon rapport qualité prix à mon goût.

Cet hôtel est convenable mais il y avait ( avant notre remarque) un problème au niveau de la propreté du sol de la chambre sale et collant ( ça à était repris pour la seconde nuit ) En complément, alors que notre réservation était pour 2 personnes, il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette dans la salle de bains ( idem il y a un mois dans ce même hôtel), pour un 3*, c’est inconcevable

Aucun kit d'hygiène (rasage, brosse à dent, dentifrice etc...) à proposer à la vente pour dépanner. Nous étions 2 personnes, mais une seule serviette de bain dans la douche.... Je me suis servi dans la réserve de la femme de ménage mais serviette déchirée de tous les côtés. Nous sommes tout de même dans un 3 *....

Klimaanlage defekt bei 33C, keine Kulanz

Beim Einchecken wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass die Klimaanlage defekt war. Dieser Zustand ist für den Preis dieses Hotels nicht akzeptabel. Direkt unter dem Dach war es unmöglich, bei 33 Grad zu schlafen. Das Öffnen des Fensters war wegen des lauten Verkehrs keine Option. Weder uns noch den anderen Gästen, die sich ebenfalls gleich nach dem Einchecken beschwerten, wurde Kulanz angeboten. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist sehr einfach und entspricht nicht dem IBIS-Standard. Nur das Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren gut.

Très bon hôtel

A chaque fois que je suis en déplacement, je prend cet hôtel et je ne suis pas déçu. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit dej est royal, la chambre est bien, confortable et propre, avec un bonne télé. Une petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre serait un plus.

Chambre 1 à ne pas louer

Ne pas louer la chambre 1. Si on enlève le côté stroboscope de la lumière au dessus du bureau, cette chambre donne accès directement à la réception ou on entend les gens parler et boire un coup. Merci pour le geste commercial qui a été fait.
