From our beautiful Presidential Suite to our amazing butlers, Rowan and Nickesha who went above and beyond for us everything was fantastic. The food was good, the pool area was fun, and the bar service at the Diamond Club pool was excellent — Ashley was phenomenal! The bar service at the party pool bar, however, was very slow and lacked personality, even though we were tipping $3–$5 per round. We would give this hotel 5 stars, but the nightly entertainment could be boring at times. They need more upbeat music from the Dj after the shows."
