Nice hotel, friendly welcome and I was allowed to check-in a little early which was really helpful. Room was clean and well stocked, with the temperature being appropriate. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the centre of the city, but there are trams nearby for those who don't fancy the walk. Wi-fi was fast and efficient, with free hot drinks at reception.

We stayed at Apartamenty Sowa in Bydgoszcz, and we’re absolutely thrilled! Situated right in the heart of the city, near the Old Town, these apartments offer the perfect mix of a central location and tranquility – despite being in the center, it’s remarkably quiet, allowing us to unwind completely. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and decorated in a modern, stylish way with great attention to detail, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The amenities, including the kitchenette, are...

Amazing location, great staff, room very clean and comfy, delicious breakfast

Outstanding apartments, couldn’t find fault with anything. Nicest apartment/hotel I have ever stayed in and the value is outstanding. Can’t wait to return

We stayed at the Mercure hotel Bydgoszcz for 5 nights and it was an excellent hotel. The room was spacious, the beds were really comfy and the location was spot on. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as we never had it, but I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for either business or leisure.

Great location a short walk to the town center and good transport links

Who cares about a broken tap in the room when you get free unlimited sauna? Loved the stay!

Excellent room overlooking the Vistula. Helpful & friendly staff. Super location in this most beautiful and historic city. Great value. Couldn’t recommend more.

I am 80 years old with considerable experience of hotels and taking all aspects into account this excellent hotel is one of the very best. Taking account of value, it is the very best. This is an amazingly well designed conversion from a traditional warehouse overlooking the river to a superb hotel with modern lift and very excellent breakfast. Easy walking distance to the City Centre. With the best staff you could imagine. I shall return.

Excellent hotel all round.

The room was very well presented and clean. Enjoyed a comfortable 2 night stay. More English speaking TV channels would be welcome as the hotel is very remote and there is nothing to entertain locally. Breakfast looked very varied but actually lacked content. Friendly hotel staff.

Quick one night stay, great breakfast

Hotel tastefully modernised in an old building with good facilities. Rooms small but comfortable and clean. Good breakfast buffet and large restaurant (although not tested during this stay). Rooftop terrace for relaxing too.

The first two nights were dreadful as the room overlooked a children's play area which was a meeting place for drunken loud youths until early hours of the morning. When we moved to a room at the front we were able to sleep and began to enjoy our stay. The staff are pleasant, very helpful and accommodating. The waitress at breakfast is particularly gracious. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The position of the hotel is perfect for the town and river area. A...

Brilliant hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and close to the town centre and main station.
