"Front desk didn't inform me there was no elevator for me to get to my room on the second floor until I asked where it was. I had to drag my heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. I was not given the option for a 1st floor room. He quickly (talking fast) told me where to find breakfast in the morning before moving on to the next check in. I do not recommend this hotel. The carpet smells bad, is dirty and has soft spots in front of the door and between the • bed and dresser. Loud band playing nearby until 11 PM.
Someone knocked on my door at 9:20 PM and said they had a delivery for me. I'm not opening the door. I didn't ask for a delive me to get to my room on the second floor until I asked where it was.
