Cuando llegue, tuve algunos problemas, ya que me decian que la reserva solo la habia hecho por tres días y para una sola persona, dándome a entender que el valor de la reserva solo era por este tiempo y solo para uno. Le explique a la persona encargada que la reserva la había hecho por la pagina de hoteles.com y me indicaban que era para 4 personas y 6 días. Y que habíamos seleccionado el hostal por el bajo precio. Pese a todo me solucionaron el problema, aunque tuve que pagar más de lo que decía la página, a pesar de esto, el precio se acomodo a mis necesidades y el servicio en general fue bueno. Lo que no me gusto fue que en toda la estancia nunca realizaron aseo en el cuarto ni cambio de tendidos.

Neat & tidy,very near from a supermercado.

A kindley staff,Sebastian.He was greatly helpful to me.But English speaking staff is very few.For not speaking guests it is very inconvenient,although they are very friendly.

This is not a hotel

Hotel.com advertised this place as a hotel. I booked single room with bathroom. 30 USD. They don't have any such thing. It is a hostel. The room I was put in was a 3 person bunk room. They then wanted me to share it with someone I refused. The place is not very clean with cats and dogs roaming around in the building. The cold only shower does not even have a rose on it. There is a chap Herman who works there who ran me around on his motor bike organizing exit Colombia and entry brazil. Also the ferry to Manaus a hammock etc but all at a price. Roger J New Zealand
