"Good parking. Decent rooms. Old systems and extremely slow check in. They were kind and waived the resort fee for waiting. Called and asked about late check out before booking, reiterating my desire with purchase notes, communicated with staff about it, then the house manager was mad and didn’t let us stay late because they were fully booked even when we agreed to pay for it. They were kind and let me use the lobby fridge and microwave for leftover food but those amenities aren’t available in...

"The parking situation was extremely horrible. Having to park at seven blocks away from a different hotel is not ideal. There was three gentlemen working in the parking lot valet, and I understand that they are under a lot of pressure but the way they were yelling and being rude to certain people, was completely uncalled for. Just watching them made me go get my own parking spot and pay somewhere else"

"1. It’s not a hotel, but a nice hostel. There were a few shared bathrooms and shower rooms for so many units on one floor. They are cleaning every day but still people are making those dirty so quickly. Some people didn’t even flush water. Some people didn’t wear clothes to go to restrooms. Such a hostel vibe.
