"First of all, we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, and the sauna was great. We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the price had already doubled."

"We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Lots of choice at breakfast, all to be eaten overlooking the beautiful river. Excellent location, close to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Overall, we very much recommend the hotel!"

"We loved our stay! Hotel is very charming and well appointed. The staff was very more knowledgeable about the city and activities. We could’ve stayed there for much longer and enjoyed every benefit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and mountable. In the location of the hotel is ideal and proximity to the nut, museums, Palace, and public transport. We just left this hotel!"

"Location wise, its very accessible from all the attractions, shopping etc. Hotel is very clean and presentable. Breakfast has such a lovely spread, with great options and lovely fresh cupcakes. Only thing I can fault is that some fruits were rotten and my kids and husband had food poisoning while staying there. Obviously not sure if its related but still that would be something they need to take care of for the brand they are. The staff are very very helpful. We had an issue with blocked bathroom and they immediately changed our room."

"We had a true resort experience here! We loved the location, which aplowed us to explore both castles and enjoyed relaxing by the pool and utilizing the spa. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay with plentiful and delicious choices. We took advantage of the special holiday events including afternoon mulled wine and cookies, and an evening Christmas movie screening. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return! "
