Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eriz. Clean throughout and very friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Charity - super helpful and super polite. The hotel arranged a tour to Meru National Park with Mark Marutek of Marutek Adventures. The tour was fabulous. The only two issues I had was poor internet cover on the 7th floor. Also the breakfast was quite underwhelming. However, I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of the other positives.

The staff were really helpful, the food was excellent and the room very comfortable.

The staff were professional and courteous. Good rooms

Value for money. Only negative point was that food took a very long time to arrive after ordering.

One of the most beautiful places on the planet. Get a suite if you can

I had a great stay at the hotel - it was quiet in the rooms down by the river. The garden is a wonderful place for breakfast in the morning and the staff were very helpful.

Fab hotel in a beautiful setting very relaxing atmosphere although we stayed midweek staff did say it gets busier at weekends. All staff friendly and helpful especially Nelson and Benjamin who couldnt do enough for us and always with a massive smile. Highly recommend

Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future.

Nice lodgings and restaurant area. The meals are very good. It's a little way frrom the town but that's not a bad thing. I was able to walk into town, and didn't get much hassle.
