"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. "Absolutely loved our apartment and our stay here! Loved all this! 5⭐️s Unfortunately, there was some heavy rain during our stay that caused a lot of leaks inside the main building and caused the outdoor cafe & kids area to close (unexpectedly, without warning)! Apparently this happens a lot when it rains heavily- we adjusted during our wonderful stay, so it didn’t impact us … but this does need to be addressed for anyone visiting with a young family - sorry! 5 ⭐️s from a 2 adult, no kids stay though … totally! 👍👏"
