"very happy with reception, room, level of noise (it was quiet) and breakfast. my only difficulty was finding the entry to the hotel through the mall, there was little signage . only later did i discover the direct entrance from the outside"

"This was my first time in the Bristol and to be honest it's one of the best stays I have had. The room was excellent and cleaned in a regular basis and the bed was really comfortable a D the location of the hotel was excellent and I hope to stay again soon."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were lovely, facilities great, perfect range of breakfast on offer and the staff were all amazing! So friendly, we felt like part of the family. Our flight in was delayed by 3 hours, we messaged ahead and someone stayed up to welcome us when we finally arrived at 4am! We got up late and they made sure they got us a good breakfast too. Absolutely wonderful service, thank you so much! We loved our stay here and would definitely book again."
