"Quite a quirky little hotel with lots of charm in a stunning location. Off the beaten track, without Sat Nav it would be a challenge to find it. When you do it’s worth it. Second time we have been there, and will go again some time."

"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...
"We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. Roc was welcoming, gave us access to his family home and gardens, and an excellent restaurant recommendation in a nearby town. He even called to make a reservation for us. "
