Incredible stay. I was here for several weeks and the cleanliness was top-tier, but the standout was the service—attentive, professional, and consistently above expectations. Truly five-star treatment. Excellent!

Cebu Pacific changed my flight. I tried to contact the hotel for possible refund or reschedule. They never replied. Hotels.com customer service tried to contact them - there was no reply. Shoddy run business.
