"Pretty good location, almost anywhere I'd want to go in Nice was little more than a 30 minute walk away, with lots of good public transport for most others. Only issue with location is that I was frequently going to palais des expositions which doesn't have a direct route by public transport so walking was usually faster. I can't speak for the "student" aspect of the hotel as I used it just as a room for a few nights and never went to communal areas. But the room was clean with a good view and...

"Nice room, fresh and clean, great bathroom with accessibility, good wifi, decent breakfast, less than 10 mins walk from a tram station, friendly staff. The hotel has a lovely garden where breakfast was served and made for a peaceful pleasant start to each day.
