"Great hotel, great breakfast and happy hour."

"Prior to check in, the hotel website listed the pool was closed, but this was not listed on hotels.com prior to booking. This was major selling point as to why I booked this hotel. At check in, the woman at the front desk wasn't rude, but she wasn't friendly either. It appeared to me that she didn't like her job or people. The room smelled clean and looked neat and orderly, as it should. We checked in around and found that the room was warm (75-76), as to be expected. We turned the temp down as low as it would go (64). By 11:00 the temp was around 72. During the night the temp only got to 71. When I inquired about this the next morning, I was told that the whole hotel was locked at 71 and the hotel was closing soon for renovations. I can understand locking the ac temp from a business standpoint. However, you are in the business of accommodating guests for return business and good reviews. I am hot natured, I need to be cooler than 71 to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel for a future stay. I regret staying here for the weekend."

"Room was fine. Older motel but updated. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness not bad. Parking was fine. Text at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning about how to check out was NOT appreciated at that time! Also cleaner’s cart was very loud and pretty early. (Wheels on the rough surface). One woman at the desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I had done the pre-check in and she was doing it all again—why bother taking time to do pre-check then? Also had to call because they weren’t accepting credit card security on one room but accepted for other one? Had no other difficulties using that card. "

"Positives: Beautiful facility! Breakfast was good! The rooms were markedly clean! Workout center was AMAZING! Peloton bike, dumbbell set up to 50’s, solid-sturdy workout bench, treadmill and elliptical, bands and weighted ball set! Impressive! Water fill station. Negatives: Heard horns honking and noise while trying to sleep. Only had one person working and she had a lot of guests who needed her. Not her fault, she was great! Never complained! But the hotel should have more than one person on. One guest had zero towels in their room. We only had 2 for the four of us. The bedding wasn’t in the room for the pull out sofa. She had to go grab all of that. Many guests waiting in line for a while to check in at 11pm. The positives far outweighed the negatives! And for the price, you couldn’t beat it! "

"A disappointing stay, we were hoping for cheap and cheerful. We got cheap! A non smoking room that smells quite musty, the room was not well maintained and needs a good clean. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights on our road trip. "

"For what it is, it’s an okay Motel. But I had 3 issues. 1. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. 2. There was some hooligans in the parking lot causing trouble that night. Seemed like they were in an argument? 3. Trash was littered on the parking lot right outside our door when we left the next morning. For its price ($70 after tax) it’s an okayish spot, but I probably won’t go there ever again. "

"The location of the hotel is great. The staff was very helpful. The room was big and well designed. Bed and bedding was nice. Breakfast was great. Would be an excellent hotel, except: 1. Fan in the bathroom was very noisy, probably needs to replaced. 2. Several tiles in the shower need to be replaced (completely worn out). 3. This is minor but TV was the smallest I have seen in a hotel room recently. 4. No AC in the elevator. Minor inconvenience now, may be bad during the summer. With some maintenance the hotel would be great. Right now, 4/5."
