The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing
