"Hotellet lever inte upp till sin 4 stjärniga status. Personalen helt ointresserad av gästerna, kändes mera som om det var besvär att man bodde där. Frukosten var ok, men inte mer.. Ganska slitet I badrum mm... Kan inte rekommendera hotellet."

"Staff were not helpful, I felt that I am bothering them if I ask for help. For football fans I would not recommend to go during the World Cup as there is no any chance to watch any match. Hotel has sky provider for TV that blocks World Cup matches on RAI 1 National TV. I every day asked hotel staff ..."

"Absolutely fabulous! The pool was nice, the staff helped with booing excursions, restaurants, and made us a breakfast to go because we had to leave at 3am to get to the airport. Only downside was proximity to the airport. I probably would have opted to spend the last night in Catania just for convenience. ..."
