"직원들 영어 거의 못함. 중국어 못하면 불편함. 대부분이 중국어로 써있음. 객실 소모품이 떨어지든 말든 신경안씀. 투숙객들이 복도에서 담배를 피우는지 복도에 담배연기가 가득하고 가장 중요한건 호텔 바로앞에 지하철 공사중이어서 이른아침부터 소음이 심함."

"部屋が暗い。掃除をしてない日が続いた。備品がない時もあった。窓を開けると、外ではなく、宴会場の上のホールでうるさい。最後の日は、前の部屋の泊り客の所に別の部屋の泊り客が夜遅くまで何度も大きな音でドンドンとノックをし、大声で叫んで眠れなかった。 １日だけきれいに掃除してあったので、驚いた！ フロントの責任者は良かった。"
