This is the first time I was not refunded. Sad. Second, the room is a bit cramped for three beds. They also did not offer free breakfast and 220 peso breakfast is expensive for a very small serving. "The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"
