Der Check-In wurde für eines unserer Zimmer um 30 min nach hinten verschoben. Nach 30 min war es noch immer nicht fertig und wir mussten nochmals 15min warten. Wäre schön gewesen wenn man um die Zeit zu überbrücken zu einem Gratis Drink an der Hotelbar eingeladen worden wäre. Die Balkon Schiebetüren lassen sehr viel Straßenlärm durch. Schade denn die Zimmer sind ja angeblich Schallgedämmt. Es lag keinerlei Infomaterial über das Hotel (WiFi/Safe) oder über Lignano (Lunapark etc.) im Zimmer. Deutsche TV-Sender gabs nur 2-3. Die TV Fernbedienung war auch sehr ekelig. Unser Reisedatum wurde vom Hotel eine Woche vor Reiseantritt verschoben. (Statt 5.8.-7.8. auf 7.8.-9.8.) Die einzige Info dazu war eine Email von Expedia. Kein Anruf vom Hotel ob das Datum OK ist, keine Erklärung warum... gar nichts. Bei Expedia scheint man auch eine Hotline zu haben die nicht funktioniert und somit habe ich beim Hotel angerufen um zu erfahren warum das Datum geändert wurde. Die Info war, das Sie bei Expedia Buchungen, umbuchen können und der Grund ist ein Problem mit dem dritten Stock. Nach dem ich erklärt hatte das ich am 9.8. wieder arbeiten muss wurde ich auf den 6.8. bis 8.8. umgebucht. Wenn ich meine Mails nicht gelesen hätte, dann wäre ich am 5.8. wohl mit der Familie in Lignano ohne Zimmer dagestanden. Finde diese Vorgehensweise unakzeptabel. Der Aufenthalt und die Zimmer waren OK, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Hotelbar und Pool waren super. Parkplatz war überdacht.

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert. Das Bad klein, aber sauber, sogar mit Glasduschwand, kein Vorhang! Die Betten sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage super, in erster Reihe zum Strand.

Naja, von einem 4* Hotel würde ich mir mehr erwarten. Fehlende WC Papier, defekter WC Spülkastentaster, Lamiattboden im Zimmer, nur 1Schirm und max. 3 Strandliegen für 4 Personensuite. Kinder ab 3 Jahren zählen für das Hotel als Erwachsen, zahlen wie ein Erwachsener.

Zimmer sehr klein und veraltet, Eierspeise beim Frühstück kalt serviert, Abendessen sehr entäuschend, geschmacklos und wiederum kalt bis max. lauwarm serviert! Die Abfolge der Gänge ist viel zu schnell. Man sitzt noch noch nicht einmal und bekommt die Vorspeise serviert und das geht in den Tempo weiter. Nach 25 Minuten ist man froh den Speisesaal verlassen zu können.

Priemerný hotel s milými zamestnancami

Hotel je dobre lokalizovaný, pri pláži a blízko centra. Je po čiastočnej rekonštrukcii. Izby sú malé , ale čisté , zariadenie veľmi skromné. Na izbách chýbajú doplnky . Personál veľmi milý a ochotný pomôcť . Raňajky nie sú zlé , ale ponuka by mohla byť pestrejšia .

Great location. Friendly staff. Super clean. Complimentary on-site parking and beach towels. Extended stay on Sunday using beach/parking was possible for a small fee. Food was very good, but more varieties for breakfast could have make it top. Pillows were somewhat less comfortable. But all-together highly recommended.

Das Personal war zwar Bemüht , jedoch war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Auf Fragen kaum eingegangen. Preis Leistung nicht ok ! Zu teuer was sie im Endeffekt anbieten. Hotel teilweise renoviert, jedoch Rollo defekt, Lampe kaputt usw.
