"Husband and I wanTed to chill out and watch some tv but it didn’t work. Guy at the front desk did not seem to care at all. Bedspread had a dirty footprint on it when we arrived in the room. "

The rooftop pool was also nice, small but nice, I appreciate the fact that the water was not freezing cold. And to top everything off rose n rye is on the very top rooftop, which is such a vibe!!"

"The room was clean and the hotel was overall well maintained. Unfortunately, the elevators had napkins wadded up and stuck to the outside. The carpets also had so many stains and looked, frankly, like they were vomiting-stained/bleached. Staff was helpful with questions and very nice to work with!"

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, the valet staff were great. They were working hard and still managed a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the bartenders in "By George" treated us very well while we enjoyed a cocktail and a meal."
