Booked a 2 double bed room, but the staff wanted to charge $40 per night for the second occupant that used the additional bed. There were NO double beds, they were twin beds. Their best time to approach me for the extra charges was at midnight! There is no reason to book a TWO double bed room other than for an additional guest, but they insisted in charging extra. I did a sample reserveration for two people, and it was only $4 extra, however they insisted on charging 10 times more even though my base rate was for 2 pax. When I asked where are my double beds, the guy stated that he will move me to a room with ONE double bed (which btw was falsely advertised as a king bed). Room with a view? Nope, I had a dirty wall with fallen walls. Baths are renovated but everything else is old, dirty and run down. Breakfast was the same every day. Rooms were noisy.

Es un hotel con una ubicación excelente, está cerca del centro de negocios y el acceso es fácil a cualquier zona de negocios. El hotel necesita un reacondicionamiento general para hacerlo más moderno, la decoración y el mobiliario es muy antiguo, aunque muy bien conservado. El restaurante es muy limitado y falta mejoras de mobiliario, el desayuno limitado en el contenido. Las personas de excelente predisposición que logran una muy ben atención, suplantando otras necesidades.

Me sorprendió gratamente los detalles muy bien cuidados de este hotel. Es un hotel mas clásico que moderno, pequeño y todo muy bien dispuesto para que la experiencia sea agradable. Todas las personas del equipo que nos atendieron son muy amables y resolutoras. Atienden cada tema preguntado y solicitado. El orden y la limpieza, así como los detalles y la claridad en todas las condiciones. Creo que pueden mejorar un poco el desayuno para los que este punto es importante. Es un hotel ideal para negocios o atender eventos cercanos

Muy buena ecuación precio-calidad

El hotel cumple con todo lo que describe su descripción. Es un hotel no tan nuevo, básico y limpio. Para mi ideal, para el que no busca demasiados servicios. En mi caso, sólo me hospedé básicamente para dormir y las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Un poco delgadas las paredes, por lo que se escucha el sonido de las habitaciones vecinas. El personal es muy atento y amable. Lo recomiendo para ese fin.
