"The staff were very nice and pleasant, but there were several issues with my reservation. When I raised them, the blame was placed on the third-party booking site. I had reserved a premium room but was initially given a standard room because the premium room was not ready. Once I got the premium room, it still felt very basic. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the shampoo/soap dispenser was nearly impossible to use. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the restaurant was okay, though nothing exceptional. Overall, the service was friendly, but the room and reservation experience were disappointing."

"The staff, very professional and friendly. The check in was quick and Alejandro is very professional and helpful. The restaurant the Circus was very good and the drinks well prepared. The hotel is in good condition and has good location. The room are big with proper temperature and beautiful. "

"We had a great stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our room was very spacious and appointed with all necessities. Only the iron wasn’t at our room but they delivered promptly in 10 minutes upon us requesting one from the front desk. The included breakfast choices were premium items, great quality and plenty delicious options. Upstairs terrace bar/pool/gym were great additions as well. After the check out we had the whole day until our flight after midnight, they kindly stored our luggages so we could roam through Lima freely for our bonus day. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel charged me separately for breakfast although it was already paid for in booking confirmation which they claim wasn't. Bizarrely after questioning they found this to be correct then the payment machine unable to do refunds !!!! Took a stressful 15 minutes and it was not the value of the breakfast but attitude that I had to double pay . Sort your systems out and check customers bookings. rooms are very small , no chair so unable to do any work in room. basic travellers room for backpackers."
