Our room was situated on the first floor and was well designed and decorated. After a long trip we had a quick swim at the swimming pool and enjoyed it. "Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."
