"The rooms were dirty, bins not emptied daily, gaps under the main door meant there were ants in the room everyday. Staff were not helpful or friendly / came across very rude, even when speaking with the manager."

"The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However when we arrived our shower had a leak and this wasn’t fixed until the night before we checked out. So 4 nights of a dripping shower The pool was clean and the pool beds too, We had a shared pool which was nice and private. The food was so good, ..."
