L'hotel de la paix aurais pu prevenir de leur ferm

Nous somme arriver a la porte d'entré, on a trouver la porte fermé, alors que on avais reservé,10 jour avant, , conclusion on ete obliger de rentré chez nous, tres mal poli de la part de l’hôtel de la paix

J'ai réservé pour la déco et je n'ai pas été déçue ! Pour un prix très correct vous avez l'impression de faire un tour dans la Belle Époque, une belle évasion face aux chaînes hôtelières impersonnelles. Le seul point négatif est un manque d'information dans les chambres sur les services proposés, nous ne savions pas que nous pouvions avoir le petit déjeuner au lit. Je recommande vivement !

Disappointed as expected a higher standard of accommodation. Rooms very basic besides booking a superior double room. Stayed for 3 nights no room service during that time. Quite noisy outside but centrally located which was an asset.

Je me suis présenté a l hôtel de la paix le samedi a 17h comme convenu la veille avec l hôtel mais celui ci était fermé j ai attendu 2heures devant la porte mais l hôtel n a pas ouvert .nous nous sommes retrouvé une dizaine de clients dans le même cas .nous avons du nous reloger par nos propres moyens .j ai trouvé une chambre a l hôtel lion d or ou le personnel a été très sympa et nous a loger .la réceptionniste s est renseigné avec d autre hôtel et elle a appris que le personnel de l hôtel de la paix était en grève. En regardant sur internet je découvre que cet hôtel est en liquidation judiciaire .Je pense que vous devriez enlever l hôtel de la paix de votre site pour ne pas que d autres client se retrouve dans le même cas que moi .si hôtel de la paix vous demande un paiement car je devais payer a l hôtel n envoyé aucun paiement .

Don't stay here

If you're looking to be able to sleep at night without being disturbed don't stay here. Gangs of people hang around in the square during the day and at night, shouting, fighting drinking, dealing drugs and using the square as a toilet. Not as much of a sniff from any police in the area. We stayed here four nights and were scared to go passed them to our hotel at night. So it wasn't just a weekend one off it obviously happens all the time.

Our worst hotel experience ever. We arrived at check in time of 4pm to find the hotel empty and the lights off. We waited over 40 minutes for a staff member to arrive - extremely stressful as we thought we might be left without a place to stay. When a staff member finally did arrive she told us that a new staff member was meant to be on before her but was unaccountably absent. She then charged us again for the room we had already paid for on Expedia. The towels in the room were wet. We went down to ask for new towels and to get a refund to find the staff member texting (as she was doing most of the time). She told us the other staff member had forgotten to note that we had already paid - despite saying earlier this other staff member was new: we had booked several months ago. She told us they also had new cleaners working which was why the towels hadn’t been cleaned. She said she couldn’t give us a refund today as she didn't know how to and needed to contact the manager. She told us to come back tomorrow morning at 7 and she would get us a refund. When we did come back for the refund at 7 as requested, she was surprised to see us and said that she hadn’t had enough time to get the cash yet. She told us she forgot to bring the card with her and she could only give us the cash she had on the premises and that we would have to come back in the afternoon to get the rest of the amount. This was a terrible hotel experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel but bad street noise

The facilities were fine (except no coffee making in room and only one electric socket).. However, locals were in the adjacent square with very loud music and yelling until 2am. No police in sight to quiet them down. Make sure to insist on a room not facing the square.

DOMMAGE, manque de respect du client

La situation géographique de l’hôtel est bonne dommage que l’hôtel ne possède pas de climatisation, les toilettes dans la chambre font un bruit d'enfer. il n'y a pas accessibilité pour PMR. Le petit déjeuner à 9,00€ pour ce qu'il propose est prohibitif, il ne restait qu'une pomme pour deux à 9h00 du matin et le café est médiocre.Notre contrat stipulait que nous pouvions garder la chambre jusqu'à midi or à 10h00 du matin il nous est demandé de la libérer.Dans l’ensemble "NUL" établissement médiocre sauf pour la literie.

Hotel correct situé dans le centre-ville

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Cependant, pas de bagagerie (pas pratique quand on arrive et qu'on veut visiter Limoges dans la foulée). Pas de tapis de sol dans la cabine de douche. J'ai même glissé par plusieurs reprises. Très dangereux. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix (surtout pour 9 €uros).

Hôtel bien placé et propre

Hotel vieux mais très propre, bonne literie.(Toilettes en dehors de la chambre!?). Emplacement pratique, central, proche des commodités (shopping, restaurants...) et de la gare. Parking non payant le soir face à l'hotel: idéal pour une halte et repartir ou pour visiter le centre ville ...

Hotel facile d'accès.

L' Extérieur est ancien mais l'intérieur aussi. Moquette, parquet qui craque, un seul WC sur palier, lavabo bouché. Bon pour une seule nuit.

Al llegar la habitación estaba ocupada y no lo sabían. El personal fue amable. Nos dieron otra con la persiana averiada. Finalmente ocupamos una podríamos decir normal. No hay ascensor. No es fácil aparcar cerca.

Chambre ok et bel hôtel 2 étoiles (en vrai 1,5)

Beaux décors, cela change des chaines d'hôtels aux décors impersonnels ou inexistants. J'y ai été à l'aise pour 4 nuits. Une partie du personnel est moins professionnelle que le reste (j'ai du demander 2 fois l'envoi de ma facture pour l'obtenir). Par contre Expedia a essayé de me rouler : la chambre initiale que j'avais réservé avait des toilettes séparées!! Il n'en a jamais été question. Heureusement que le personnel de l'hôtel, à la faveur d'un manque de fréquentation (est-ce une bonne nouvelle?), m'a changé de chambre sans même que je demande quoi que ce soit. Note spéciale pour la salle de bain kingsize avec de la moquette au sol! Improbable mais tellement confortable!!! Problème sur la TV : ordre des chaînes aléatoire...mais c'est un détail
