"If you’re from US or Europe, this is a three star hotel at best. This is not a criticism. It is what I expected and the staff is excellent and it is clean; it just is not the Marriott. They have been renovating parts of the Hotel, which is warranted, especially with the influx of some modern hotels, but my overall experience is good to excellent overall. This hotel would thrive more, if Limón itself was not lacking in nightlife.. Four stars overall."

"Beautiful paradise, a quiet sanctuary. We loved our stay. Unique. Marise and Pierre, the owners, were kind and made us feel quite at home. Pierre gave us tours around the property and nearby beach, showing us sloths, iguanas, birds, and other animals. The room, pool, and property were clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The Cahuita community and vibe was calm and laid back, restaurants were great. Thank you for the time and care you showed us, I have tears in my eyes as write this!"

"I appreciated the silence in the night, the swimming pool, the breakfast with the best bread I had in Costa Rica, the beach right across the street, and having different sizes of pillows to choose from. Everything was stellar, save for a little detail: there was no hot water in the shower. I pointed out on the first morning, but it was the same on the next day. Fortunately, room temperature water is not too cold in Cahuita."

"Buena vista al mar para desayunar muy lindo. Muy tranquilo para descansar, desayuno 9/10, a 20 min de puerto viejo, está a la par de Cahuita. Piscina increíble, cuarto lindisimo y limpio. Debes manejarte si o si en carro."

You might also see Sloth, monkeys and exotic birds roaming the tall trees around the property. The area is very tranquil, and very safe. They also serve hot breakfast to your taste…"
