"We would rate our stay 4/5, as it didn’t fully meet our expectations for a 5-star resort. We stayed in the Premier Suite (complimentary upgrade due to pool renovations). "This hotel was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the cleaness of room excellent, very spacious room and comfy. Kudos to the staff and their service!! Such a great experience and care."
