Hotel Ičići - Liburnia

"Right along the Lungomare Riviera Promenade, a 12 km coastal path that offers spectacular views and access to scenic towns and enticing restaurants along the way. I found the hotel’s breakfast buffet mediocre but their coffee and walnut pastry made up for the slack. Nightlife was also uneventful but bordering towns offered a broad variety of entertainment. Overall, we had an amazing time and the hotel staff made our check-in to checkout seamless and courteous."

"Great adults only hotel. Lovely very well designed room and bathroom. Really lovely pool area, shaded lawn and beach, all with ample sunbeds. Breakfast was nice but some more fresh salad options would have been better. Easy walk to restaurants."
Hotel Excelsior - Liburnia

"We had a great week at this hotel including my birthday! They made sure you have everythinf you need. The Suite 506 is big enough for a family of 4 and beautiful view of the bay. Room was cleaned every day and enough and fresh towels were brought. Room service is efficient and on time. They do awesome massages (Svitlana) and other face cares (bravo to the manager Melita). Andrea from reception speaks great english and was so helpful. Same goes for kitchen staff. The breakfast buffet delicious. Dinner is also good, no too many choices but the ones there, are tasty. You have public parking around or the hotel garage for 17€/day. Take your masks and snorkel in the morning, the hotel has a nice spot and you'll see fishes, seastars and maybe a crab :-) We were there end of june, not too crowder and that changes a lot your experience. We love croatia, they really know how to welcome tourists. Old city of Lovran is beautiful, also the Lungomare Opatija is a long path by the sea to walk during evenings. If you wanna eat outside, go to Riviera restaurant, amazing fish and great staff!!"

"Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic."
