"Initially we were not impressed with this property. No reception, just a voice at the end of a phone. We never got a "check-in" email, which should have come prior to arrival. We eventually managed to get in the building after 40 minutes. That was the only negative as or room was great, very spacious with clean towels, kettle and fridge, filled with what we needed for breakfast the following morning, which we used in the lovely kitchen the day after. I would recommend this property. It was a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lincoln, so a great location too."
