"Located right in the bailgate. Great apartment, easy check in. Literally two minutes from the cathedral. Very relaxed apartment well furnished. I stay in Lincoln a lot and this is now my preferred place to stay. Host is located in the shop below so very easy to deal with if you have an issue (We didnt have any issues). Highly reccomended."

"Very impressed clean rooms TV on suite bathroom clean and a bonus cleaning ladies very polite and friendly good price good value windows open which some Hotels don't which is a bonus in this hot sticky weather impressed the only thing I think the hotel needs is a washing machine and the cooker doesn't work but like that uve got a kitchen with a microwave cutlery plates glasses and mugs and table and chairs t to eat at and a living room could do with t towels in the kitchen overall very impressed and are coming to stay again real soon 💕 Melanie Stewart nnhh"

"We had a wonderful stay. The room size was very good and everything worked. The lift was unusable so we were re-allocated a room on the ground floor. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal, a fabulous high tea and two excellent breakfasts. All members of staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked."
