Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Avoid if the caravan is owned privately. We stayed her last year and had a great time, with all facilities passes included in the price. This year we upgraded for a hot tub, but the experience was very poor as the owner is not the venue itself. No passes provided, so no access to some bars and any evening entertainment. Hot tub did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve. Wifi did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve. Cutlery and cheese grater in drawers found to be dirty. Gross. Security deposit was requested outside of this website, but only after booking and paying (no mention of this when booking). Checkout information sent to us via email DURING stay (irony when no wifi!); included requirement to strip beds or be charged for cleaning. Security deposit return had to be chased for 3 days. This owner should be avoided.
