Room was clean overall, area not seen needed cleaning , bed comfy, heating in bathroom not working, no bathmat, bath very slippy when showering, windows in room had huge gaps at the top causing a bad draft and very noisy. Breakfast, food good, coffee not so good, Staff very friendly and helpfull, Restaurant needs a good clean so much dust.

Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the building and attached restaurant. Slightly older decoration but clean and comfortable. Perfect location, just off main road. Large twin room was great for relaxing in.

Comfortable rooms, good value. Breakfast service not bad but layout a bit confusing. Self service for juice would be helpful, also you had to ask for a cup for your tea and coffee, and a small side plate. I am sure there is a better way of distinguishing between prepaid guests and those paying at the time.

Plenty of parking. Reception and bar staff good. Breakfast manager ‘Flick’ unwelcoming, dismissive, brusque, unhelpful and, worst of all, sarcastic. Poor quality food at breakfast. Room access keycard was faulty and twice I had to get reception to come up to let me in. No hot water in the morning, some problem with the boiler. Lift claustrophobic.

Staff really friendly and helpful the carvery food was excellent and good value for money, breakfast buffet was fresh and well done. Despite being a wedding on the night we were there the place was really quiet and subdued. Lots of free parking.

Staff are exceptional. They really pay attention to everyone and look after them well. Same staff too which shows they enjoy their job. Makes a difference to your stay when there is always a friendly smile to greet you

Massive carpark, quick check-in, all info given . A lift to the 1st floor The room i had was very spacious. Bed was comfortable WiFi excellent Shower was hot and powerful Restaurant joined to the hotel Good food ,excellent value Breakfast not included but could add on if wanted Situated on the outskirts of Lincoln Some nice walks close by. Would definitely stay again when in the area 👍

Windmill of convenience.

This was a convenient location for us to meet friends from other directions. Drinks Food and Staff were all good - the general site all seems a little tired and could do with a facelift.
