"I was told that my room was cleaned. But it did not smell freshly cleaned. The bathrooms could have used more attention. When I reported it, I was offered air freshener instead of another room. "

"I had a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience at this hotel. When I entered my room, there was a strong odor. After looking around, I discovered dog feces on the carpet. I immediately went to the reception and reported the issue. I was told that the hotel is pet-friendly, and receptionist came and removed the feces. However, the situation became even worse — later, I found more feces in another area of the room. This clearly shows a serious lack of cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards. Being a pet-friendly hotel is not an excuse for poor hygiene. On the contrary, it requires even stricter cleaning procedures. It is unacceptable that carpets are not properly cleaned, and I had to spend at least one night in a room contaminated with animal waste. This experience was extremely disturbing and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic cleanliness and hygiene"

"Our room was dirty. The only clean part of the room was the bedding. Once we arrived, we immediately looked for a different place to stay only to discover everything was sold out. Bathtub had a residue we had to clean out before using, bugs and ick behind the nightstands. Microwave and tv had splashes of something on them. Very disappointed. "

"I chose the hotel based on continental breakfast and indoor pool. We were only staying one night. When we arrived, the pool was closed and was told it would not be open till Friday. We left to make other plans. When we returned, the pool was open, but we had made other plans. There was a door accessing the mechanical space that was unlocked to our room. There was also a noisy compressor running in that space. Bathroom door would not shut and light was dim. We were moved to a better room, but there was no hair dryer in the morning. Twice, got the smell of marijuana from the cleaning staff while entering elevators. For breakfast, it appeared to have been put up early, if it was even offered, resulting in us having to go spend more money for quick breakfast. Spending $240 for one night, was upsetting and I will not be back to that property again. Waste of money when I could have spent way less. Not a great experience and wish I would have complained for partial refund."
