We particularly recognized Ms. Tia as a shining star on your team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. (truly stood out, positive attitude/professional respect), in addition, from the moment we arrived, staff (maids-cleaning service) was welcoming, and attentive. Note: I usually don't rely on reviews and ignore vague complaints. I believe some guests just highlight isolated incidents or having too unrealistic expectations. Sincerely, J. "Just stayed the one night, but friendly staff and a nicer-than-your-everyday lobby made me feel welcome. A large room, decent bed and excellent shower were all that was needed, and were delivered. Reluctantly I have to take one star off for some threadbare towels and an old-style air con unit which gurgled loudly through the night and seemingly couldn’t be turned off. Probably could have been dealt with if I’d stayed longer but, hey. All in all though, would recommend!"

"I loved this hotel ! Very contemporary and convenient! The property is great and well maintained. The continental breakfast was the best ! Huge selections of scones, muffins, waffle bar, grits etc! I loved the pool the large outdoor chess pieces and games for kids ! The beds were huge and cozy and the staff was truly kind and amazing ! Very clean and conveniently located near great dinning and shopping!"

"The room was great, staff was phenomenal and it was a great location. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were updated and extremely clean. Love the scent in the rooms. It was a very fresh welcoming home smell. The rooms did not smell like a dingy hotel. Overall, my hotel stay was great."
