"They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back.
The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help.

"Stayed at InterContinental Downtown St. Paul. Initially the stay was good. We noticed water damage above the headboard and reported it, and were told we would be upgraded. When I returned, the upgraded room was significantly smaller with a very small bathroom and bed room/walk way area and felt like a downgrade. Because of this, we were forced to return to the original damaged room, which defeated the purpose and was uncomfortable. We were charged upon arrival a $200 damage deposit...

"The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected."
