Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "Wunderschönes uriges Hotel im typischen bayrischen Stil gehalten . Pool war angenehm und bei einer unglaublichen Aussicht konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Frühstück war essenziell gehalten , aber mit lokalen und hochwertigen Zutaten. Der Service war toll und wir haben uns erholen können . Klare Buchungsempfehlung."

"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt!
