"Not actually a hotel. It's a nice house in a quiet residential area. Airport pickup service and drop off service available. Very close to Heathrow airport but thankfully, not on any flight paths, so it's nice and peaceful. Staff was courteous and helpful, amenities clean."

"Brilliant room, fantastically old and quirky building, and wonderful staff. We had an evening meal and was disappointed the restarurant was closed but ate in the bar instead and food was good. The only downside is the hotel is not staffed overnight, so be extra careful not to leave anything in your room before 'checking out' as you will not be able to get back in, I stupidly left my car keys in the room and although there was nothing we could do on the day the hotel were super resposnsive in deling with my stupidity and we worked together on a solution - a lot of places would have responded differently so this was a reflection of good service which is to be applauded."

"All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do more for you. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower, plenty of tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. Our breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of choice. "
