"The property was spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I didn't know there was going to be a laundry machine. I wouldn't have brought so many clothes. It was a little to cold to swim but the pool looked very clean. I never asked if it was heated. The courtyard around the pool is also very nice and well maintained. Location,location , location. The property is central and is near the subway which takes you everywhere. You can also take the subway to the train station that takes you to other places in Portugal. Its also about 4 minute walk , if that, to the tour buses. Now the tour buses are ok. They take you along the 3 subway lines . You have choices of the packages to take. But again the Hotel is great. I would recommend it to anyone."

"Arrived late at night with baby from flight. It was perfect. Shuttle at the airport. Less than 5 mins shuttle time to get to hotel. Very friendly staff. They had prepared the baby crib with sheets and all. Baby was super happy and so was I. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy bedding, clean, felt good. Highly recommend."

"Quick and easy check in and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was spotless, with a great mattress and nice bath items. Quiet with excellent sound proofing allowing for an excellent night sleep. Would definitely stay again next time travelling through Lisbon."

"The room was just right for our one night stay. It is 10 minute drive from the airport. Ask for a view of the water if possible. Very clean - bathroom well appointed - bed and pillows very good, The Sky Bar Lounge and restaurant was just perfect for drinks and a Sushi dinner with a view of the River and the Bridge in the distance. Very well prepared. Breakfast was included with our room and was very abundant and varied. The hostess remembered that it was my husband's birthday and the servers brought a small cake with candle and sang Happy Birthday in Portuguese - it was a surprise and a real treat!"
