This hotel was a great find! Loved the location, so close to restaurants and not far from stores and the water. Very walkable area….the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and we looked forward each morning to the pastry and coffee. Have already recommended this hotel to many people. Don’t hesitate!

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and large bath towels. The rooms were very small but nice upgraded bathroom. We appreciated the Rose wine in ice when we walked in the room, as well as the daily pasteis de nata pastries and coffee. Loved the central location and the price was reasonable. Would stay again. The staff were exceptional friendly and multi-lingual. There are free light snacks and drinks in the lobby. The breakfast staff was also friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and simple. Our room was pristine and clean. House keeping was on the spot every morning. The hotel is in prime location for everything (shopping, food, tours). Hotel was small as were rooms but everything was clean and worked well. Bathrooms had immediate hot water. Breakfast was very good in the morning and attendants were helpful and friendly. Location of hotel was close to various shopping areas. The most significant item was the staff - Rafael, Sandra, Ana, and everyone else were excellent - they did everything possible and more to feel guests appreciated. They were exceedingly helpful in making reservations, arranging for limo pickups, and coordinating tours, Based on the excellent staff alone, we would recommend this hotel to travellers.

The hotel is centrally located with numerous restaurants near by. The walk to the water took only 10 to 15 minutes. We did get a room on the top floor which included a small balcony which was nice to to view the city.

I am not sure why the property is highly rated , other than the good location , there is nothing great about the place No lobby , small hallways, tiny room, no amenities , the minibar at room not free, no coffee machine , and not let us lis bring to room , felt like a hostel , and for the price there are better stays in town
