The room was really nice. The staff, Pedro in particular, were amazing. The breakfast was ok, but there were not a lot of options, and lots of empty plates at the buffet. However, the staff was really welcoming and helpful. The location was fantastic as well.

Well lit room and space. Great location. Helpful staff. After a minor complaint in my "first look" review, it was addressed by staff without us asking. Breakfast includes cooked eggs, fresh fruit, and nice pastries. Only problem is room is tight, but not more than many European hotels Definitely recommend.

Simply could not have been better. A very nice, boutique, hotel with outstanding staff - truly wonderful - a super room with very nice facilities, clean and well maintained. Very convenient location for us (a little off the beaten track). Super handy for bars, restaurants, and walking around Lisbon - we'd stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you

Hotel is in a great location just right across from the food market, around the corner from pink street and a short walk from the main square. Hotel is very clean with daily room service, very friendly staff and breakfast was good.

What a little gem! We stayed there for a couple of days in Lisbon and were completely blown away! The pictures of the hotel look great, but when you get there and experience the hotel it is much better than expected. Huge thank you to the staff. It’s clear that the owners of the hotel take great care in who they hire, as they were all very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very service minded. They made us feel we were the only people in the hotel, which is rare! And to top of everything, there was free wine ! We are definitely going to be coming back.

We had the top floor with a wonderful view of the water. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The room was a little small but charming. The location is perfect. Breakfast room was very sweet and good. We were a little put off by the sign in bathroom about towel usage. Staff was helpful. They arranged for a car from airport but it wasn't easy finding driver and probably cheaper just to get a taxi. Close to public transportation, great Fado restaurants, and the waterfront which was great.
