The staff itself was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are in disrepair and it was dusty and a small amount of mold in the shower. The cleaning people would come in the evening and slam doors talk loud at a time we are supposed to be able to relax. The hallway smelled of poo. The food was good but on the last day I spotted a cockroach on the wall!!! This may have once been a 4 star establishment but it no longer meets those standards. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Very nice place, in a quiet neighborhood but still with many options. Metros and bus just around the corner. Staff very welcoming. Clean room with great room service, wifiis great if you need to work. Air conditionnibg is perfect for good night sleep.
