Good for the price. HOWEVER, weak wifi, small room (at the lower price) and slow, one person elevator. Fabulous location. Very good breakfast was included. We would use it again for shorter stays. We'd upgrade if staying more than 3 or 4 nights.

Room was tiny but clean and mostly comfortable. Great location downtown. Elevator was a little scary but stairs were worse. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was NOT included so I went elsewhere for food.

Perfect central location and good value for the money. Front desk employee Miguel was very friendly and helpful. It is a two star property and a great selection for the savvy traveler. Breakfast contains fresh fruit, yoghurt and local pastries. 24 hour front desk. Clean.

Great central location. Rooms very clean. Air conditioning was excellent. Shower waa good size, but hot water a little on/off. Mattresses very uncomfortable.

Room was very clean, with modern amenities and a great view. If there was a negative it would be the joke of an elevator that could not carry me up or down the 3 flights (it barely could lift my luggage, which I had to run up said three flights to make sure some did not take them). The storage room was also very unsafe, being that it was in the middle of a flight of stairs and one could easily tumble down the stairs wrestling a heavy bag out of the room, the door to which was maybe 4 foot high.

Perfect location. Close to everything. Good place for solo travelers and to enjoy nightlife as well. Nice patio with a view of the street. Property is dated and everything is very basic but has all the facilities.

We got the upgraded room option including breakfast and we were really glad that we did. The room had a comfortable queen size bed with a large TV (with satellite service) and a nice bathroom. A/C also came in handy when the room got hot as the weather in Lisbon was great. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurant and shopping options very nearby and the nice continental breakfast and coffee were quite good. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Place is clean and close to shops. Mattress is like wood. 11.5 inches between wall and bed. 5 th floor ceiling angled- be careful you don't bump your head. Staff courteous but will not solve issues. Construction(from 4 AM) next to properly. Would not book this for my enemies.

I will write an honest review on this… the room does not look like the pictures… not sure if they are under construction/ renovations but it really doesn’t look like any of the pictures. the property has an elevator that doesn’t work very well (or all floors). The room wasn’t very clean either (dirty walls, doors with stains and even sink had dry paint all over it). Bedsheets had some stains on it too… The staff was nice and friendly… the property location is amazing. Close to all the touristic attractions. I didn’t want to give it less stars because the location is truly the best part about this…

Nice room with A/C and a little balcony. Free soap, shower caps, razors, toothbrush and slippers. Towels and extra blankets provided. Overall pretty nice and the staff were very friendly. Right in the middle of all the restaurants and souvenir shops so great location for people who want to walk around and enjoy the night life. Only downsides are the stairs if you're on the upper floors (lots of stairs and they're pretty crooked), the noise (because of the great location, that means lots of tourists and street noises) and the mattress is hard (springs hurting my hips and ribs).
