The staff is friendly, professional and helpful! The room is perfect for a week stay-)I spent most of my day out exploring)-it is clean, comfortable and easy to navigate with a roller bag. The neighborhood is calm but full of fusion restaurants, with an easy walk to two beautiful parks. Close to public transportation and bolt is also safe bet.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. Not that far away from many of the sights Lisbon has to offer. Comfortable bed and good wifi. Personally, the only thing I didn't like was the lack of a "do not disturb" sign or option to opt out from having towels washed everyday. I just find that wasteful and not necessary. Except for that, great hotel!

It was overall good and the staffs are very kind. But for a 2 Star Hotel they quote about $450 Euros per night is way expensive. It was rainy and I just took it. I will shop better next time. It is a 5 star price.

Very pleasant and very clean. My room was one of the ones with doors that opened to a balcony and that was wonderful. On the reception level there was a nice terrace out back with tables and a view of a small orchard. Very modern bathroom. The elevator was helpful and the staff will assist with initial steps into the hotel if needed. Lots of cafes and shops and little parks in walking distance. The front desk is manned 24 hours and they were very helpful. Some of the things a chain hotel would have didn't seem necessary (microwave, coffeemaker). Why cook in your room when there are so many coffee shops and cafes nearby. They did provide a continental breakfast with a choice of whether to add it to the room rate. The feel was of a family run small hotel, it felt like a personal level of service.
