Hotel is basic, no tv or tea or coffee in room. But tea and coffee next to lifts. And kids don’t watch the tv anyway. Hotel location for great for us for exploring Lisbon and getting train to cascais, which was worth the visit. I would stay here again if in Lisbon

We loved the hotel, quite quirky which we enjoyed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is really good. The pool is small and shallow but a welcome relief from the heat after a long day site seeing. Baggage room in the basement is secure. Breakfast was plentiful but quite busy due to limited seating. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the room with the bunk beds for the kids! Pool was a little crowded and chaotic, and I didn't know that nighttime was adults only, but the hotel was very clean and fun.

Is a very funky, hip hotel. The pool & rooftop bar were amazing & the ping pong table was fun. The restaurant Galheta was delicious, fresh & inspired. Prices were very reasonable compared to prices right in old town Lisbon. The neighborhood is a bit sleepy so you need to walk a few blocks to get to a bit of activity. I would have like a mini fridge in the room for cold drinks & snacks. Otherwise our stay was great.

Great stay here with kids. Large spacious room with modern comforts. Breakfast was good and the pool fab for an early evening cooldown. We had an amazing few days and pleased we chose Jam Hotel.

My husband and adult daughters throughly enjoyed our stay at Jam Hotel Lisbon. The decor is funky and ecologically-inspired. We loved hanging out at the rooftop bar and pool. Note that body lotion is not offered, so bring your own!

Honestly, this will be the only hotel I stay at in Lisbon. They were so lovely. Room was comfy. The roof was so charming. They have so many spaces to work and just unwind. And you're a short walk into santos.
