The staff treated me like family - they assisted with taxi services - information abt Lisbon and with the golf cart when I could not climb back up to the hotel - it was a great location and I would go back to this hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice accommodations, outside sitting area was great and fire out was awesome in the evenings. Wine at night provided and breakfast was a large variety and very good.

Breakfast was a great start to the day. Good selection of foods and coffee, tea, etc. Lovely hotel, awesome location overlooking the castle. Room comfortable and clean. And peacocks! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is up the hill in the historic area, so best for those who like to walk.
