From beginning to end we found this motel very user friendly and accommodating. Firstly we had to change the date and this happened stress free, then we extended our stay with no problem. The staff were great with info for surrounding area, we could have had room cleaned daily but not necessary for us( we are boring- tidy etc)They also have a guest laundry that’s easy to access and the pool well maintained. Great location to access most hubs of Lismore( walking distance ) and reasonable prices👍👍

Room was poorly insulated sound and temperature wise and musty. Staff were friendly however and responded to issues where they could. Motel seems to have a lot of long term residents rather than short term guests.

The room we booked through Expedia was not as described, but the Property Manager was upfront about the issue and generously upgraded us on the spot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, and a Smart TV. The shower had excellent water pressure, and after a long day’s drive we had a very comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

Staff were friendly, room appeared clean but would not stay again as there was a foul smell unidentifiable smell in the room. Staff stated it was due to demolition in neighbouring property and a window was open which was facing the neighbouring property. We could not reach the window to close it.
