I knew getting the place that there is no front desk and even though they give you detailed accurate instructions as to how to use the QR code to check in, it is a bit of a learning curve. I personally like having a front desk and it would be quite tricky if you lost or damaged your phone but the process works as the host describes and they are very helpful. Excellent...
