"The breakfast was disappointing and this hotel generally felt a little down at heel.
Convenient location we managed to park near the hotel.
There is a small gym and a little spa area for which you have to pay.
Anna at reception was very helpful."

"The property location was lovely, far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to drive in or get a taxi. The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious and ours had a huge terrace area which was nice for late afternoon relaxing. The staff (particularly Marta) were very friendly and helpful and gave great advice for getting out and about on the island. The restaurant is fine dining so we only ate there once and had the tasting menu which was lovely. The only very small downside is the lack of availability of a small lunch when you don’t want to book in the restaurant, it would be good to be able to get this throughout the day and not just between the very limited hours (restricted to before 12.30 or after 4.30)"

"Amazing staff that are really accommodating. Beautiful part of town and lots of fun to explore. The hotel has a unique and beautiful interior. Excellent breakfast as well."

"The shower wall was badly stained.
Dangerous frayed rug which was a trip hazard especially if going to the bathroom in the night.
No wifi connection unless close to the front door.
The smell of cigarettes was disgusting.
Dirty rug on landing.
Untidy landing.
Dirty floors.
No plug in the bathroom sink.
The hanging space had no space for a dress or pair of trousers because it was above the shelf where you would put hand luggage.
Shutters wouldn’t open.
Generally very run down.
