"This property was designed and built for Czech citizens. It is not a place for foreigners who are used to updated and elegant services. They have a buffet dinner server for 3 hours with limited options. Really everything here is designed for Czech Nationals and they seam to enjoy this place but it is not up to standards for your personal westerner. The place is designed in the soviet erra so it looks like a prison. But the views and area is absolutly outstanding"
"Enjoyable and comfortable stay while attending Smetana Festival. Very clean comfortable family run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage."

""Dependances" means the "old independent almost abandoned building", far from the main one where the reception and almost good rooms are. A kind of nightmare. The kind of place you feel like leaving at once, and you are waiting for the time of the departure. I succeeded to move to a room in the main building, and it was better. A little bit better. Everything is old, communist era fashion, and worse, all carpets are dirty, not by the fault of the cleaning ladies who make all they can, but...
