"Mediocre hotel - its okay, just ok. Ice cold shower. Limited breakfast options but nice enough. Really noisy doors on rooms that clunk with deafening bang - they need soft close. No power point beside bed. Wifi very slow. Overral not great, but better than some."

"Very pleasant small property. 5 mins walk from central Ambleside. Well equipped and warm. Perhaps a bit small for a family of 4 but great for two people. Nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. Only one parking space but a car park 4 mins walk down the hill. Would recommend."
